Located on the RELLIS Campus, the Center for Infrastructure Renewal (CIR) offers modern, flexible conference and training spaces designed to support meetings, workshops, conferences, training programs, and industry events. Our facilities feature state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, flexible room configurations, guest Wi-Fi, built-in power access, and convenient catering accommodations. Conference spaces are available to Texas A&M Engineering departments, Texas A&M System members, external organizations, and industry partners, subject to facility availability and approval.
Conference Facilities
- Flexible training and conference rooms accommodating up to 120 attendees
- Pre-function space suitable for receptions, networking events, and exhibitor displays
- Small and large boardrooms for executive meetings and breakout sessions, reserved separately via email: [email protected]
- Built-in audiovisual systems and microphones
- Guest Wi-Fi throughout the facility
- Mobile magnetic whiteboards available
- Catering support area with adjoining catering kitchen and large-capacity ice maker
- Optional laboratory tours and facility experiences for research related events, subject to availability and CIR approval
The Center for Infrastructure Renewal (CIR) offers flexible meeting and event spaces designed to accommodate gatherings ranging from small executive meetings to large training sessions and conferences.
- One-Third Training Room (Rooms 1107, 1108, or 1109): Accommodates up to 40 guests in a classroom setup.
- Two-Thirds Training Room (Rooms 1107 & 1108 or 1108 & 1109): Accommodates up to 80 guests in a classroom setup.
- Full Training Room (Rooms 1107, 1108 & 1109): Accommodates up to 120 guests in a classroom setup.
- Pre-Function Area (Room 1106): provides 3,889 square feet of gathering space making it ideal for receptions, networking events, registration, and refreshment breaks.
- Small Boardroom (Room 1121): Seats up to 8 attendees and includes audiovisual (AV) capabilities.
- Large Boardroom (Room 1105): Seats up to 14 attendees and includes audiovisual (AV) capabilities.

Facility Hours
The CIR Conference Facilities are generally available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Extended hours may be available for approved events. An after-hours staffing fee may apply for events scheduled outside normal operating hours.
Parking & Connectivity
Guests have access to onsite parking in accordance with Texas A&M Transportation Services policies. Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the facility.
