CIR Advisory Panel

The CIR Advisory Panel (CAP) is comprised of key industry members who are dedicated to solving industry infrastructure-engineering problems through research and workforce development.

The CAP provides guidance and advice on new areas of research and innovation, workforce training needs, and connections to additional industry resources and opportunities. CAP members can advocate on future research directions in the infrastructure fields, and provide networking opportunities as appropriate.

With a focus on innovation and workforce development, the CIR seeks to lead the way in:

  • greatly extending the life of our infrastructure,
  • reducing the time it takes to build these systems, and
  • lowering the cost of constructing, maintaining and operating them.
