Robert “Bob” Barker

Robert “Bob” Barker

CIR Advisory Panel Board Member

Robert (Bob) Barker is a semi-retired aviation executive. He last served as the Chief Development Officer and Chief Infrastructure Officer for the Houston Airport System. Prior to this role, he served in similar positions for the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Bob is a retired U.S. Navy officer, having served as Chief Engineer on a variety of ships and as the Repair Officer for the former Long Beach Surface Ship Maintenance Facility. Currently, Bob is a representative of the Texas A&M University, Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) Energy Systems Laboratory, and as an aviation principal at PSA Management.
