Tom Vaughn, has spent his entire career in the construction industry, leading Vaughn Construction as President, CEO or Chairman for the last 25+ years. The Company focuses on healthcare, education and research facilities, with nine offices in Texas. The company builds technically complex projects of all sizes and has been privileged to build some state landmarks. The company specializes in Construction Management at Risk and has also delivered some of the largest public design build projects in the state.

Tom’s focus has been on safety, quality and urgency, while adhering to the company’s original core values and being a true builder. This approach has led to an outstanding safety record and over 95% of the company’s work coming from repeat clients.

Tom has served as speaker at the University of Texas Continuing Education Seminar on Construction Management at Risk and Design Build. He also served as guest lecturer for Texas A&M University and the University of Houston Law Center. He has also been involved directly in legislative efforts to improve alternative delivery methods, and the business environment for the construction industry.
